Here at Zion Education we place Teachers, HLTAs, TAs, Learning Support Assistants, Nursery Nurses, Invigilators, Technicians, and Administration Staff in permanent, long-term, and short-term positions in schools and nurseries throughout South Yorkshire.

In addition, we have qualified SEN Teachers and SEN Learning Support Assistants with experience in a wide range of special educational needs including ADHD, ASD, EBD, SLD, PMLD, and MLD, who are able to support whole classes, small groups or one-to-one.

Employment checks are rigorous and our staff are not available for placements until all of the necessary checks have been completed. We also take our responsibilities of vetting, assisting with professional development and acting upon feedback from you very seriously. 

Zion Education conduct in-depth interviews with all our candidates to ensure that we have a good understanding of the individual’s strengths and requirements to help us find the most suitable person for each role. We fully reference all of our staff including enhanced DBS (CRB) checks. We are committed to the safeguarding of children and provide full vetting on all of our staff.

Upon making a booking you will receive a confirmation email which includes a “candidate safeguarding checklist” which details all of the safeguarding checks that have been done. 

All staff placed in your school will bring their DBS and photo ID with them. They will produce a timesheet that will need signing at the end of the assignment. It is then their responsibility to send this timesheet through to us at Zion Education.

We appreciate that not all school budgets are the same and will tailor our rates to suit individual requirements. Zion Education will also assist in filling your vacancies by advertising your jobs free of charge on our own website and many job boards.

Our consultants are available 7 days a week (Monday to Friday 6:30am – 6pm) as well as urgent requirement response at weekends and during weekday evenings.
